Thank you for shopping with The Print Smithy. We work to get your order produced, packed, and shipped as carefully and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Because many of our items are 3D printed to order, processing times may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, and current production demand.

Custom requests typically require 7–12 business days before shipment, depending on the scope of the project and production scheduling.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you with an update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the order, and the selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Print Smithy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is ultimately handled by that carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

3D Printed Product Notice

Because many of our products are made to order, slight variations in finish may occur. These natural characteristics of the 3D printing process do not affect shipping, but they may influence production timing in some cases.
