Returns / Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Print Smithy. Because many of our products are 3D printed to order, we ask that customers review product details carefully before purchasing. We are committed to addressing legitimate issues and working toward fair resolutions when problems arise.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Made-to-order items once production has begun
• Used, altered, or damaged items not caused by shipping
• Returns sent without prior approval

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error on our part caused the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging if available. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3D Printing Variations

Slight layer lines, minor surface texture, and small visual variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed items and are not considered defects by themselves.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an error with the order.
